Well, I work as a New Media Specialist raising money for cancer research through social media, which makes me a happy girl. :) As a former entertainment publicist, who you could say "couldn't hack it in the cut throat LA PR lifestyle," I now do freelance work on the side for organizations and people I feel serve a purpose. Last year I managed all the publicity for this little film festival in Park City - and Slamdance has asked me back again for 2011.
I'm a Red Sox fan (for which my SF friends still hate) and a Niners fan who is still in love with Montana and Young. I've become a wine lover as of late but prefer to buy at the Costco or Trader Joes price.
And as you can tell from this blog and its content, I'm basically just a NorCal girl trying to make it in Lala Land a little longer.
